2. Order Processing & Cut-off Time
We process orders on business days to ensure your items reach you as quickly as possible.
- Order Cut-off Time: 08:00 PM (EST - Eastern Standard Time).
- Handling Time: 1–3 Business Days (Monday–Friday).
- Note: Orders placed on weekends or Canadian public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
3. Transit & Delivery Estimates
Once your order has been dispatched via our shipping partners (such as Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx), the following estimates apply:
- Transit Time: 7–10 Business Days (Monday–Friday).
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8–13 Business Days (Handling + Transit).

- Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, Egimaster reserves the right to charge for reshipping costs.
