At Egimaster (www.egimaster.com), your satisfaction is our priority. This policy outlines our return, refund, and cancellation terms in accordance with applicable Canadian consumer protection laws.


1. Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • To Initiate a Return: Please contact our support team at info@egimaster.com.
  • Return Shipping Costs:
    • Change of Mind: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
    • Faulty or Incorrect Items: If the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, Egimaster will cover all return shipping expenses.

2. Consumer Rights Notice

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under applicable Canadian consumer laws. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is faulty, unsafe, significantly different from its description, or fails to meet acceptable quality standards.

3. Cancellations & Order Modifications

We accept cancellations and order changes provided they are requested before our daily processing cut-off time of 08:00 PM (EST). Once an order has been handed over to our carrier, modifications are no longer possible.

4. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a full refund, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags.
  • Products must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Note: If items are returned used, damaged, or incomplete, Egimaster reserves the right to apply a partial refund or a depreciation deduction, as permitted by law.

5. Refunds & Fees

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00).
  • Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days.
  • Payment Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
⚠️ Important Return Address Notice:
Please do not send returns to our registered Ottawa office. The registered address is for administrative purposes only. All returns must be approved by our support team, and you will be provided with the specific warehouse address during the authorization process.

6. Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect, we reserve the right to deduct original shipping costs or charge additional reshipping fees.
